Here are a few of the events we're looking forward to in 2010Mark your calendars.
2.26 LYRIC LIBATIONS 5:30-8 p.m. A gala evening of food, wine and entertainment. In addition to a variety of heavy hors d' oeuvres and fine wines, you'll also enjoy live entertainment by Holly Shelton, with accompaniment by pianist David Shelander. $25 per person. 3.13-17 GO IRISH ON THE ISLAND A week filled with live entertainment, drink specials, food, music and special events that culminates in the Annual St. Paddy's Day Pub Crawl, which will visit one dozen beach locations and raise money for Hospice. Events include a Leprechaun Hunt for Kids, Lucky Little Lad and Lass Party, Green Bikini Contest, Pour the Proper Pint competition, a reenactment of Tim Finnegan's Wake and a Catholic Mass. 932-1500 or pensacolabeachholidays.com.
3.17 2ND ANNUAL BATTLE OF THE BAY SCAVENGER HUNT The scavenger hunt will start at New York Nick's, end at Hopjacks, and take you everywhere in between. Participants will need a valid ID and digital camera. Prizes will be given out for top finishers, best team outfit, best team name and best team photo. Registration 5-6 p.m. at New York Nicks. 3.17 ST. PATRICK'S DAY CELEBRATION AT SEVILLE QUARTER. 11 a.m. The fun starts with an Irish themed lunch with Irish stew, corned beef and cabbage, followed by nickel green beer from 4-5 p.m. in Lili Marlene's. Throughout the day there will be specials on Irish beers and ales and there will be plenty of Irish Whiskey to go around. The fun will continue with an Irish jig contest in the End O'Alley Bar and Sexiest Redhead contest where the audience is the judge. 434-6211 or sevillequarter.com.
3.17 3RDANNUAL ST. PATTY'S DAY PUB CRAWL ON PERDIDO KEY 5-11 p.m.
The pub crawl will start at The Jellyfish Bar and will stop at the Flora-Bama, The Reef, The Tiki Bar, Hub Stacey's and end back at The Jellyfish Bar. Additional details to be announced. 332-6532 or jellyfishbar.com.
3.19-20 10TH ANNIVERSARY WEEKEND AT INTERMISSION. Help the folks at Intermission celebrate 10 years in downtown Pensacola. 433-6208.
3.19-21 BEULAH SAUSAGE FESTIVAL Enjoy some of Nashville's hottest country music stars, up-and-coming acts, arts and crafts, carnival-style rides and of course, beer and sausage. Escambia County Equestrian Center. 944-3167 or beulahsausagefest.com.
4.10 PENSACOLA WINE FESTIVAL Sample wines from around the world while Pensacola's top restaurants lead cooking demonstrations. Additional details to be announced. 434-5371 or pensacolawinefestival.com.
4.10-11 27TH ANNUAL JAZZFEST 2010. The two-day festival will feature performances by the UWF Jazz Band, Abraham Baldwin, Loren Pickford and The Kansas City Jazz Conspiracy Six, Russ Kassoff with Dennis Mackrel and Steve Gilmore, Aaron Weinstein and the Howard Alden Duo, Northwest Florida State College Jazz Band, and more. The festival will also feature a "Jazz Jam for Kids" with complimentary kazoos and harmonicas for kids. 4.16-18 NINTH ANNUAL CRAWFISH FESTIVAL Visit Bamboo Willies on Portofino Boardwalk for the Ninth Annual Crawfish Festival, with three stages of live music, Kids Zone and Merchants Sidewalk Sale. 4.22-25 SANDESTIN WINE FESTIVAL Four days of unique events include private dinners, auctions of rare and distinctive wines, seminars and wine tastings. 4.30-5.2 CRAWFISH CREOLE FIESTA The annual festival celebrates the Cajun influence in the community with one of the largest crawfish boils in Florida and brings a little of the Louisiana bayou to Pensacola. 8.6-8 BUSHWACKER FESTIVAL The festival is centered around Pensacola Beach's favorite adult beverage--the milk-chocolatey bushwacker. Quietwater Boardwalk. 932-1500.

9.10 EMERALD COAST BEER FESTIVAL 6 p.m. Distributors and brewers will be pouring samples of beers inside and outside Seville Quarter. 9.27-10.5 SONGWRITERS FEST Come hear the many stories that inspired the songs you love. 10.23 BAYTOWNE WHARF BEER FEST AT SANDESTIN The 3rd Annual Baytowne Wharf Beer Fest will feature a craft beer tent, live entertainment and a retail tent. The main event on Saturday will feature more than 100 domestic and international craft beers available for sampling. 10.23 OKTOBER FEST 4-10 p.m. Celebrate German heritage and enjoy authentic German music, dancing, food and, most importantly, beer. 10.30 GERMAN SAUSAGE FESTIVAL 8 a.m.-5 p.m. Enjoy German sausage and sauerkraut, entertainment for adults and children, and 250 arts and crafts booths. Additional food will include German-style filled cabbage, potato salad, goulash, red beans and rice, hamburgers, hot dogs, BBQ sandwiches, ice cream, popcorn and peanuts.
