BEST BARBECUE
Billy Bob's Barbeque,
911 Gulf Breeze Parkway, Gulf Breeze. 934-2999.
Billy Bob's Beach Barbecue smokes its pork for 14 hours over pecan wood. It is then hand pulled, removing over 90-percent of the fat. The tender, lean meat is marinated in a sweet vinegar marinade that gives it that mouth-watering Carolina flavor. There's no need for any sauce because the meat is so sweet. Hungry yet? Don't forget their 'Bubba Burger' - premium black angus covered with barbecue pork, melted cheese and finished off with fried onion ring. Or its Barbecue Stuffed Potato - baked potato stuffed with your choice of barbecue covered with their famous white barbecue sauce, melted cheese and all the butter and sour cream you want. Got a lot of people coming over? Don't worry, Billy Bob caters. We recommend the pulled pork sandwiches, smothered in tons of sauce. Just donít wear white and keep a huge supply of napkins handy.
